According to BBC News, the rate of domestic violence in Africa is too high compared to every other continent in the world. We keep hearing many stories of domestic violence in different countries of Africa. During an open interview among men about domestic violence, some men came out boldly to tell the audience that they beat their wives at home. Some good men amongst them said it is never a good thing to beat your wife and they also condemned the act of domestic violence. During the interview which was held in Kenya, a particular man boldly said he's one of the men who beat up their wives at home and he has reasons for that. He said that it's a normal thing in Africa for a man to beat his wife so that his wife will respect him.
