A viral video highlighting successful singer David Adeleke, better known as Davido, forgetting the lyrics to his song generated mixed reactions online.

A video of the CEO of the DMW label speaking with TikTok Nigeria recently went viral on social media.

The interviewer gave Davido a line from a few of his well-known songs, and he would have to finish it. This video was titled “Finish The Lyric.”

But at one point in the interview, Davido appeared to have forgotten the words to one of his songs and appeared perplexed.

This portion of the interview received a lot of attention online, where some netizens left a variety of comments about the clip.

While some made mocking comments and claimed it was a result of buying songs, others defended the singer and said that the singer’s numerous songs may have contributed to the problem.

Some people also believed that Jay Z, an American rapper, had once forgotten his own song.
