Shehu Sani react to the court rulling awarding Nnamdi Kanu 1billion:Membis247Blog

Former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Shehu Sani has reacted to the news that a State High Court in Abia state has awarded Nnamdi Kanu One billion Naira against the Federal Government.

According to a report by Nairametrics, an Abia State High Court has declared the invasion of Nnamdi Kanu's residence in 2017 as unlawful and unconstitutional. The presiding judge, Justice Benson Anya who declared the invasion of Kanu's residence as illegal, also awarded N1 billion damages against the FG.

This news has generated mixed reactions amongst Nigerians. Based on that, former senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Shehu Sani has decided to air his opinion through a post that he made on his verified Twitter page.

In his post on Twitter, Senator Shehu Sani congratulated Mandi Nnamdi Kanu for his N1 billion victory. He went further to state that no appeal against the judgment will succeed.
